I'm always amazed at the huge mountains (50-70' tall) of garbage being built in landfills while right next door, enormous holes are dug to get the dirt to cover them. Then, there are the pipes jutting out of the ground to vent the methane gas from the decaying rubbish. One of these days, you'll go to plant flowers around your new house and find a banana peel and dirty diaper buried there.  |
