Looks like a belated congrats on 10k is in order.
Also, I'm not sure when they did it, but time-life video recently went back from 10 vhs/dvds for their best of the muppet show series to 15. They originally started with 15 but cut them down to 10 when they released the DVDs for some reason. I've estimated they'd need around 40 or so to do EVERY episode....

I think I've stated somewhere here before that I've got the first 6 of the Time Life collection on VHS. Got a deal on getting them together, before they decided they'd do DVDs. D'oh.
The 15 VHS/DVDs go for $149. $10 a disc/tape.

By the way, individually from time-life these are $20 for VHS, or $25 for DVD. Some of their releases have also filtered into retail stores (the first 4 dvds have, I think).
So you might be able to get them slightly cheaper.
You can also get the first 5 for $50, first 10 for $100, and all 15 for $150, as mentioned.
