actually getting a "thank you" from my ex for helping him with getting our son to and from school and helping the ex out whilst he is recouperating from surgery. I was quite impressed and instantly my grumpy mood lifted.

The reaction from my daughter when she came into her house tonight and found me there cooking dinner for us all......

visiting a friend that i hadn't seen in person for about a year, and our kids having a great time playing together...was a great evening of playing catch-up

also realizing that we have been friends for exactly 10 years today.....time flies!
