After telling the kids earlier today that I was concerned that their bike ride lasted a little longer than I'd expected...my daughter, who was playing upstairs, came down, looked at me and said, "Mom, I'm going to the bathroom. I just wanted you to know so that you wouldn't be worried."

my dinner companion

After being told by my sweetheart that, due to compression between vertebrae throughout the day, people are *slightly* taller in the morning than evening, he then told me that, if we went to an amusement park, I would be able to ride the "big people" rides early in the day.

Playing golf with my 9 year old for the every first time. She did terrific!
