Would you ever leave just a sip of milk in the carton and put it back in the fridge?

Yes, because I'm the only one who drinks soy milk and I mostly use it for coffee. A sip might be good for a cup or two.
Would you ever do extra work from home just to be a keener?

I am sick of working period! (30 years is ENOUGH!!!)
Would you work to support a sexy, older woman/man who is tired of fighting the dragons, but loves to remind you of how sexy you are?

If I could afford it, I'd support them.
Would you ever break up with such a person if they weren't pulling their weight?

Yes, don't we all have to do that at some point?
Would you ever keep "general" gifts around (wine, books, etc.) in case someone gives you a gift you weren't expecting?

I'm sure I would. It sounds familiar . . . ah yea, role-playing games. I've never played before but I would.
Would you ever chat with teenage kids on the street?

True, they are always interesting. Their world seems pretty daunting and hopeless and I like to see where they are at. Besides I have a still-teenage daughter about to turn 20 so it's good info. And they never expect an older person to take them seriously!
Would you ever say to hell with it and do no decorating or entertaining for Christmas?

Only if I thought I'd enjoy it too! (We all need a wee bit of "me" time sometimes, don't we?)
Would you ever start something with no intention of finishing it?
