Three great things about an Indian wedding:

(1) No one gets walked down an aisle....which is good 'cause I don't have a father
(2) The ceremony is given in Sanskrit ~ so everyone just ignores it (except for the bride and groom who must pay attention)
(3) You get to move on to the next GREAT question ~ when to have kids.

Yes, there's LOTS of food. In fact. I am being told that the sole measure of the quality of the wedding is the food. Thus, I proposed we have the wedding at the City Morgue...but hire the best damn Indian caterer around.
