Its a bit warm today 32.2C. Leaving you car in full sun for 3 hours and then needing to get back in it is NOT fun!
Seat is fucking hot, burn ya freckle!
Grab the seatbelt, holy shit batman!, juggle the damn thing til ya get it clipped in.
Put key in the ignition, grab the steering, my fingers are still tingling from the heat. Proceed to drive the car with 2 fingers, one at a time, until the bloody wheel is cool enough to grab, only about 10klm!
Ahhhhhhhhhhhhhhh alls good.
Lean arm out the window, 3rd drgree burns cause the damn metal is that dang hot!
ALL THE WHILE MY SON IS LAUGHING HIS FREAKING ASS OFF!
Yay for summer in OZ!!!!

I keep an oven mitt and a hand towel in my car for getting into it at the end of a long Arizona summer day. Hand towel over the steering wheel when I'm not in the car, oven mitt to be able to drive while the A/C does its thing. And you don't have to buy a thing.

All previous commenters have stated they are possessed of vehicular conveyance, and only the most stubborn bachelor (or perhaps Diogenes, which may be the same thing) doesn't own a hand towel and an oven mitt. |
