I'm so grateful we're expecting an early heatwave. I'm looking forward to seeing how high my electricity bill can go.

To save a little money, we've decided to not use our furnace this winter, but, to keep a candle lit on our dining room table.

I hope when they move Ayers Rock here that they locate it beside Mt. Rushmore which is being relocated here, too. (I understand they'll build most of the mountain from silt dredged from the Illinois River.  |
