I would try to tell them I didn't really want to hear it, but it doesn't mean it always works.
Would you push someone away emotionally if you thought you might be hurt by them?

I did one time. Took my wife to a male strip show. While the guys were a bit disappointing, the excitement of the ladies there was amazing. Never seen guys that carried away.
Ever go to a strip show yourself?
