Even as a Big 10 baby, I never realized the rivalry was so large between Michigan and OSU.

When you get to the end of your rope, tie a knot and swing.

AN OSU football player was almost killed in a horseback riding incident.

He fell out of the saddle, caught one foot in a stirrup -- and came close to being trampled to death. Just in the nick of time, the Meijer store greeter rushed over and unplugged the horse.

Those in East Lansing, feel very slighted that in Ann Arbor, THE rivalry game is UM-OSU, and not MSU-Michigan.

That is the main reason the Spartans feel UofM is "elitist".
