Feels good to be here and I will get online when I can.  You'd like to know about the changes, eh? I way 57 pounds less than last year. I am donig strength training and water aerobics. I am eating healthier and vegetarian. I have also discovered that I'm not too bad looking at a soon-to-be 51 and that I could be sexy, too.  Yes me. I'm making time for my writing, too. (A tad long-winded, but you did ask.  )
