I've seen it done (I used to work in a tattoo/piercing shop). It looks very pretty when the redness goes down. Personally though I would never do it, I hate surface piercings. There was one gentleman who got his elbow pierced once... was very interesting to watch it be done =D

I have nothing against the idea of it, and it does look quite sexy, but it just looks uncomfortable as hell! And I'd be very hesitant to get physical for fear of hurting her.
On the other hand...that'd make a dandy magazine rack!
