1. I met a side of him today I hadn't seen in the last six months, and I think I'm going to like it--a lot.

2. I realized today that one of the reasons we have such great communication is that we both analyze things to death--him with his scientific, logical, calculated approach, and me, using all of my empathy skills and introspection.

1. I cowered slightly in a difficult meeting today, but have a superior that looks out for me and pulled all the important points out of me and wouldn't let me back down from my stance.

2. I'm not sure I can deal with the smell of paint much longer... tomorrow night will be open windows *brrrr* with burning candles.

3. I've got a cat that had to receive a bath tonight and he's getting better at accepting it.

1. I gave my first customer presentation yesterday (as a member of my new company...well, "new" since April), to a room of about 40 people. I'm told I did well.

2. I have a midterm to finish by Saturday, and I haven't even started. Mostly because I feel persecuted by the teacher ~~ who picks on me constantly.

3. I haven't been feeling very sexy...or very successful...recently

1. I'm entirely too old and little to hold down a 93-lb., almost five-foot eight-year old anymore while he gets his flu shot.

2. My daughter's dream came true today--she gets to have glasses.

3. I met his challenge with success and style, and I was rewarded with two comments...one I'm not sure he realized he said, and the other, said with deliberate care and sincerity.

I'm still in shock that a tornado passed through my city yesterday......first time ever!
I am so enjoying being off work
I went out Christmas shopping today

I have a midterm to complete tonight -- and I am slightly paniced
I found out I got an A and a B+ last half of the semester
I ate WAY too much yesterday, in spite of my efforts to be good.
