Oh, I have very picky children, so it's simply half cheese and half pepperoni. Go figure. And I even use store-bought dough. I bake the dough a bit on my pizza stone before taking it back out of the oven, then I put on just plain pizza sauce (but not too much). I sprinkle a little garlic salt on, then shake on a fair amount of parmesean/romano cheese. I use mozzerella/cheddar blend for the "main" cheese, then add the pepperoni.

I *still* haven't figured out the attraction. But they eat it, so I can't complain.

Contadina brand pizza sauce works best for me. Just a little drizzle of olive oil on the crust before you put the toppings on too.
