1. I finally bit the bullet and called my ISP last night because of the periodic, damn frustrating internet outages I'd been having. The two guys were here about 10 minutes, figured out the problem, and I'm good to go.

2. My daughter apparently takes after her mother and her preference for occasional weird food combinations--she just asked me for dill pickle spears and maraschino cherries.

3. I'm anxious to speak to someone tonight...I've missed him the last several days as we've not been able to get our schedules coordinated.
