Eliminate the hypocrisy of managers that brag about how great their staff is ... but then force supervisors to rate everyone lower at review time without blaming them for the policy.

Telling people they're trusted and valued employees, then tapping phone lines and monitoring terminal use and using cameras to monitor the work place.

Eliminate rewards to managers who downsize staff sizes except through normal attrition.
