Pillows On The Counter -- The girl should lie down on a counter with one of the ends available for the guy to stand at; the counter should be near thrusting level for him. Place a few pillows under her waist or rear add a whole new dimension to this position, but even better than that is when the girl (if flexible enough) rests her ankles on her partner's shoulders so her legs are going straight up into the air.
