Well, the job title is "chef", but seeing as I'm just a student on temporary work, "general kitchen slave" or even "human dishwasher" is more accurate. Interesting? Actually, watching my (very multinational) colleagues stress at each other at busy resauraunt hours has taught me how to say "fuck you" in a number of different languages. Ok, it's juvenile, but I find THAT interesting, at least. Anything is interesting when your scrubbing frying pans. :-p
