Cold again. Currently 39F/3.9C, with high winds and heavy cloud cover. Sustained winds 20-30mph/32-48kph. The relative humidity is 50%, with the dew point at 22F/-5.6C. No rain expected, though. The air quality remains "good." Today's high, a measly 42F/5.6C.
