Shadow, I can take the edge off with panadine forte, but it is becoming less effective at it. So mostly i just put up with it Some days i cope better than others.
I cant take ibuprofin, it is linked to taking the potassium out of your system, which can make you ill. I used to use them quite a bit, but I had extremely low levels of potassium and had to take tabs and eat a lot of bananas, so i avoid ibu. like the plague.
