I have a physical job, very similar to housekeeping. Fast paced, heavy going and constant for 8hours. My workmates are being very understanding and helping me where they can but i cant expect them to do that forever, tis not fair. I get home at the end of each shift in pain and struggling. This is the one i need to leave. As you say i cannot go into a office type job as sitting all day would be just as bad if not worse.
Unfortunately i need to work, if i could get paid to stay home and look after my house i'd be all for it *L* Retiring is a long way off for me
