Housekeeping. I feel ya, Fang...I had to give up my sedentary job because it was killing me--the chronic pain from my back and hips was intractable; I'm feeling a lot better since I "retired." Now, I'm a homemaker, moving around all day, changing things up. I'm grateful to have the option. But for all people want to talk about the health (and girth) of people these days, no one wants to look hard enough at the contributory factors of sedentary jobs. One cannot undo 8 hours of sitting in one hour at the gym. It's just not possible. |
