I didn't mean you had to chew the throat out of a running buffalo. If you haven't tasted fresh caught fish, you haven't tasted fish.
As many Pixies will tell you, I am not a connoisseur of fine dining, but I can say there is a uniquely different and delicious taste for fish that hit the frying pan within minutes of being cleaned that no freezing or other process can preserve.
