Finding out that someone who insisted on organising something has done F all about it, but not feeling like I can yell about it because of extenuating circumstances!

Annoying because the thing that hasn't been organised was something nice for me, so I'm the only one who'll suffer, and I'd have happily organised it myself in the space of about 3 phonecalls and a couple of e-mails.
