It's a standard laminated hand mag. Great for clumsy people to find tiny parts they drop under the desk  ……. If they're ferrous. 
Actually the handiest one is my little strip mag. Keeps some of the regular clutter up and locatable. And now that I know about the deceit of the funny-money, I use it as my piggy bank.
