toasted bun, relish, slaw, sour kraut, chopped onion, hot beer mustard, ketchup, and occassionaly chopped peppers and/or Pesky Pete's Hotdog Sauce when it can be found.

And for an after dinner treat some tums, pepto bismal or whatever antiacid I can get.
