'Grats Lil, maddy, and jenna.

I scrapped the low calorie day and went for high day myself...2100 calories. Today I will have to be good. I was down a lb in the morning when I weighed myself at home, and up a pound and a half on the gym scale. So who knows? But I do know that I look better and feel better, so damn the damn scale.
