A rosebush is like our relationship.
The flower represents the fun times and the love that is shared.
It is beautiful and full of life.
But, there is always at least one thorn.
Even though that thorn can hurt, it was put there by God.
Our love started out as a bud and bloomed;
But now the thorns have caused our hearts to bleed.
We must part, but the beautiful rose that you have given me
will always remain in my heart.
It is left to God to decide if it will ever bloom again;
But I do love you.
