I'm not pleased at all that the optometrist who didn't fuck up and give me glasses that weren't discontinued and were defective last week, which didn't take a week and a half to get to me, called me this afternoon to tell me that the replacement glasses, which weren't more expensive, weren't in and ready to be picked up, even though I didn't order them Thursday night.
