1. We're having a party tonight.....and I'm still cooking for somewhere between 8-15 people. I have no clue what the final count will be.

2. My lower back is bothering me -- and despite my personal trainer's belief that my tight hamstrings are the cause of it, 2 long sessions of stretches and exercises to loosen the hamstrings didn't relieve the pain.

3. Because of #2, I'm making Mr. Osuche do the heavy lifting .....I just hope it gets better today so I can SLEEP tonight.
