Thinking about making some honey dijon chicken but I may end up just snacking. Not really feeling up to cooking right now.

I made a big pot of ham & bean soup on Sunday that should be very, very tasty now that it's had a day to sit in the fridge. :slurp:

I may just keep it really simple for dinner tonight. I'm thinking ham & cheese sandwiches or something of the sort. |
I breaded and fried some haddock and served it with baby boiled potatoes and some buttery sweetcorn. Mmmmmmm...

As sort of a tribute to Lizz, I went and got a pizza at what she told me is her favorite chain back here, Happy Joe's. Got a large canadian bacon & pineapple. Must've been pretty hungry because I only have 3 pieces left for breakfast. :D

I had a hamburger patty with all the seasonings I like on it and some mashed potatoes. I've been craving meat.

I had a smoked meat sandwich with a ton of dill pickles and a tomato for dessert.

I made a big salad with lots of red onion, black olives, ham, turkey, cheddar, bacon bits and I even boiled a couple of eggs. A little bit of French dressing and cheesy garlic croutons too. That didn't fill me up so I had a couple of PB & J sandwiches too. Ah, the life of a bachelor. :rofl:

LOL IM it can be good can't it. I cook more for myslef if I have a lady to feed. I had a nice Bavette Steak (one of the best cuts, period), tonight, did a little sauteed shrooms and onions deglazed with a bit of red wine to top that bad boy up. |
Nope, not Schwartz (unfortunately) - just made at home.
Tonight I'll probably have the same thing since it's quick and I'm ravenous. |
Tonight I had leftover lasagna and frosting right out of the can
