grilled chicken breasts marinated in jerk sauce, rice and caesar salad

Boog made chicken with veggies and we put it over rice, was yummy. Kiddo wanted to know where the sweet n sour sauce was.

Grilled turkey breasts with whole wheat penne

Chicken parm night here. Trying something different with the breading this time around. I found some cheese garlic croutons that are just tasty as hell so I'm going to crush those up and use them in the breading. Hopefully it turns out as well as I think it will. :slurp:
