I'm going out for Szechuan tonight to our favourite restaurant for my Dad's birthday today (and no, we're not Irish either)

I dunno what we're having...going to a family friend's house so Indian food is a safe bet. I bought some sweets to take with us.

There are boneless pork chops and zucchini with fresh herbs roasting away as I type this.

When I left me daughters home, 64 pounds of corned beef from the 78 pounds bought, had been pilfered (with strong suspicions of it being smuggled out behind navels :nod: ) and was not to be found. I don't know what they are going to feed to the guests. :shrug:

I'm having chicken cacciatore, sort of. My sort of thrown together version of it anyway. We'll see how it turns out.

Cheeseburger smothered in onions with lots of ketchup and some American fries. :)
