It did for me Friday night and I wasn't even wearing make up.

Not lately OldFart. Kind of hadn't been trying to find someone of interest.

Had a really busy day yesterday. Early morning meeting; coffee with friends; lunch out with my wife; a good walk in the park; back lawn mowed; and flowers planted. Yet, a busy but good day. :)

My Joe took me shopping today and I got two new outfits, plus we went to the Coach outlet store and I got two purses. I wanted all the purses, but he would only let me have two. I've never owned a purse and now I have two,e and I'm a happy girl! :nod:

My parents had an American bittern in the backyard this afternoon!!! It's very uncommon to see them in NS!

Just got the front lawn mowed. Looks like the rain is about 40 miles west of Peoria (50 miles from here) but coming this way. Next 3 days or so may include rain as well. :(

Guess I won't do much park walking. :(

It rained a bit more today, but nothing like a week ago. I can't wait to find out if I have to work this upcoming weekend. If I don't, I'm going to go see Robin Hood! If I do, then Robin Hood will have to wait, but I'm still going to see it.

i must admit i have found that from time to time with all the movies i get that maybe i should help people avoid bad ones. so here is a short list of ones that suck that i have found this week. lets start with The black knight returns: i lasted 5 mins it sucked that bad. 2}the justice league live action pilot: so damn bad my eye almost bleed i still cry when i think about it. and lastly the new clash of the titans come on it ws supposed to be a remake and damn they just buggered it all up. it is sad when a movie from the 80s is better than the remake almost 30 years later :mad:

Had an out break of twisters yesterday that made for an interesting evening but eveything is good here,they stayed away from us

I am highly amused. I've brought lovers and boyfriends to this site over the years, going back through my posts and some of theirs its interesting to see things that we said. Frankly some of its pretty freakin embarrassing but it is the evolution of who I have become. It started with Souls_Cry introducing me when we were dating and has so far progressed to another pixie man. He keeps threatening to be the last man to ever sleep with me but the proof of the puddin'..... lol. Anyone else go back through their stuff to see where we've all been over the years? What a long, strange trip it's been!

Well, we broke the new bed frame. That's 2 for 2.

Not bad for a couple of middle-aged punks, huh? :D While I'm annoyed that we're going to have to mess around with it, I'm kind of proud of us.
