Often when it's late in the evening and we're all together in the living room (my wife and the three boys still at home). I realize then how lucky I've really been.

Last night. I measured my oldest son and discovered he's 5' 5"...and not even 11 yet!

My kids have been measured by the doctor at their annual check-ups within the last month, my daughter as recently as Tuesday.
