Yesterday, we looked out our dining room window and there, in our back yard, was a big red fox. First time I've seen one in town ever. We got a picture but not until it ran across a field to our neighbors a block over. Not a very good picture, I'm afraid.

I gave up smoking over 20 years ago, pre gums and tablets.

When I got the urge for a cigarette, I took a small piece of dry spaghetti and played with it, chewed it, shaped it and it took my mind off the craving for a moment.
