Not one ... but I love earth colors (or colours :) ). My wife likes me to wear blue.

I always thought it'd be fun to see either ancient Egypt or ancient Greece. :)

Last night...Laundry room door opens opposite of the dryer door. Both doors were open. The fact registered after I grabbed the laundry room door to firmly shut it. Jammed my wrist between the two. You know what's happening after you've set it in motion and don't even have time to say.."Oh s**t!"

What is the most fascinating book you have read?

To Kill A Mockingbird by Harper Lee. Read it when I was a fresh. or soph. in HS and was absolutely amazed that racism could exist. Growing up in such a small town that was entirely white, I'd never been exposed to anything like that before.

Ayn Rand's Atlas Shrugged. I find her philosophy that we're each in charge of our lifes -- complete captians of the ship of destiny -- very empowering. Plus, I just love Ayn Rand.


Where do you go to get your daily dose of local and national news?

Local usually from the Cedar Rapids ABC affilitate. National from reading newspapers online. I usually start with the Washington Post and wind my way through the country until I get to the Orange County Register. Granted, that's usually only a couple of times a week though.
