Never have. Maybe left the room or ran into work to cool off, but never to leave her. I know I've been very lucky in that department.

Been there and done that. Actually did that with folks that worked for me. I always told my boss, when it's right ... it's their fault ... when it's wrong, I must have goofed, so I'll take care of it.
