Congrats!!!

Wish I could get one.

Loulabelle 06-21-2008 01:12 AM

We're really pleased with it - it's the size of a small tank compared with our last one, so it means we can fit in all our little one's stuff and still have room for family/friends as passengers - plus it's the same engine size as our last one but newer, so it's actually better on fuel economy and the environment so I can drive it guilt free!

dicksbro 06-21-2008 04:43 AM

Happy for you, Loulabelle. Probably next year I think we'll have to start shopping for a new used car too. :)

Neige 06-21-2008 08:58 AM

I need another box. My vinegar jug leaked and the box won't hold anything anymore!

There is nothing about that statement that does not make me say,

WTF?!?

PantyFanatic 06-21-2008 11:52 PM

^^^

Oldfart 06-22-2008 02:46 AM

There is still little worse than a leaky box after the vinagar's spilled.

dicksbro 06-22-2008 04:04 PM

Home again from the wedding. The setting was outside next to a beautiful lake in an almost park-like setting (private property). We stayed at a place call the Oak Terrace Resort and it was fantastic, too. We had a regular room (note the balcony ... my AV for today), but there were also condo like two story "houses" to rent you you preferred. Championship golf course, boats for rent, a great restaurant and banquet room, two pools (one inside ... one outside), and a very friendly and courteous staff. Today, now, is my wife and I's anniversary and we're treating our stay there as part of our anniversary fun. :) Had a great time.

Next week, it's up to Plainfield near Chicago for our grandson's 1st birthday.

That'll be another great trip.

Then, NASHVILLE!

Talk about a great summer ... I think we're having one. Now, if I only win the lottery. :)

osuche 06-24-2008 11:28 AM

I've been busy with work and personal life, but I'll try to pop in more regularly.

sodaklostsoul 06-25-2008 10:20 PM

PMS has set in.

scotzoidman 06-26-2008 11:58 AM

Ruh-roh.

GusAspar 06-26-2008 12:11 PM

It's Wimbledon fortnight... and it's NOT raining. What's wrong???

Mae 06-27-2008 04:29 PM

Boo-dog (Kasheera) the 19+ malamute mix' kidneys are failing.

My hub and I had "THE" discussion this morning.

We are putting her to sleep this evening.

I am crying and trying not to show it to her. We just had her groomed on Wednesday. She's had a good long life. Dang this hurts like h**l.

Anyway, that's the day. Our fridge went out last week.

I'm really taking exception to the year 2008, these days.

Lilith 06-27-2008 04:31 PM

I'm sorry Mae. I know how hard it is to lose someone you love.

PantyFanatic 06-27-2008 06:13 PM

A loved pet is much more than a loved pet. :tear:
