OMG! I'm keeping DB hours. It's 10:30, I've traveled 118 miles and worked 3.5 hrs. Now I get to go 45 miles in the opposite direction for a 'family 4th' picnic.

Teddy Bear, with having bills to pay and a car to put back together I can't always afford to take the day off. As for the ice, and elevation.......neither worked. As for compression, does putting my 200+ bulk on it for 10 hours a day count?

According to several compressing my head won't do anything because my brain is located in my ass. LOL.

Been at the hospital all day. Mr. AZRH had surgery; 7 new holes poked in him. Home for a brief break and dog love, and then will be heading back until they kick me out for the night. Or he does.
