I'm looking forward to a project that involves no plumbing. In fact, the only plumbing I'm interested in at this point possesses a Y-chromosome. :D

I would like to offer my services as plumber AZ ..

We didn't have much of winter and now we are skipping spring and going straight to summer. The spiders have hatched run for your lives!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I just got robbed! Called the cops and told em to arrest that petrol bowser!! AU$1.68/litre!!

Lord Snow 03-25-2012 08:42 AM

It's generally 3.70 a gallon around here. Not sure how that translates though.

Lord Snow 03-25-2012 11:22 AM

Well, I was going to do the valve cover gaskets on my ranchero this morning. Then I found out that I purchased the wrong gaskets. Part stores are getting on my nerves.

Got the right gaskets.....lost one bolt. Other than that all is well.

I've got one of those magnetic tool bracelets that might be just the thing for you. I use it a lot when I'm fixing the swamp cooler on the roof, so I don't lose the little screws that love to roll down the roof and into oblivion. I could see it being invaluable when you're working on a car.

Lilith 03-26-2012 06:05 PM

That is a cool tool.

Oldfart 03-26-2012 06:14 PM

I have a couple of magnet strips, maybe 18" long stuck to the roof of my shed by their own magnetism. Whatever tools I need for the job I'm doing are right at hand, but off the bench.
