A disability hearing at 2 pm today and am stressing a bit about it. My original lawyer dropped me about a month ago. Fortunately I found a very good lawyer about a week later and he told me I needed a Functional Capacity Evaluation to have any real chance of winning, something my other lawyer never mentioned. My current lawyer got that set up for me, so had a 3 hour torture session a week ago for the FCE.
And after the hearing I get to playthe waiting game again to fin out the results.

I've got so little left to do on this work project, and then I'll be done with it for another year...but I'm totally lacking in motivation to just git 'er done.

a waiting game to play before I find out what the results of my hearing are. But, according to my lawyer, the hearing went very well. And since I was my lawyer's 3rd case today and since disability cases are what he loves to do (in his words), I'm going to be hopeful that he is right.

I've got jet lag and a major headache but i made it to san francisco.

I've got a lawn that's wondering when we're going to get a nice steady rain.

I've got a motor to put back together and paint. It'll be metallic red and titanium blue once it's done.....oh yeah and run. It's gotta run.
