The bad news is we have to wait for the future to be sure.

The good news is, we' don't: the time are a-changin', but we collectively get to decide the direction the changes go.

The bad news is that often the direction has little of our input. :(

The good news is , it doesn't have to be an 'us vs them' question.

The bad news is there will always be us and them.

The good news is, that doesn't necessarily mean disagreement.

The bad new is that while that was true in the past, the times they are a'changin.

The good news is, we seem to be arguing in circles.

The bad new is that you're probably right.

The good news is, other members of my household have taken up role-playing games, and have acquired pretty dice like this example:

The good news is that some folks are into role-playing in the bedroom.

The bad news is some people may want to role play but are to ashamed to ask for it.

The good news is, public shaming is becoming less of a thing.

The bad news is that a careless thought is sometimes all it takes. :(
