The good news is that ... at least in the past ... rules were in place to try and preserve peace, tranquility and prosperity.

The bad news is, the rules are not only still in place, but don't mean anything mroe or less then they did when they were promulgated.

The good news is someone is out there to control the rules.

The bad news is, there's no one to control the controllers.

The good news is we could always try a coup d'etat.

The bad news is that we kind of saw that in several cities this past year or two. :(

The good news is that none of those cities were Seattle, Minneapolis, or the like.

The bad news is that it even had to happen.

The good news is that maybe now it will subside and maybe some humanity will return.

The bad news is, humanity as a whole isn't always what it's cracked up tobe.

The good news is that like most things that are "cracked," sometimes they can be patched up or healed.

The bad news is the cracked people are more prominent than others.

The good news is most people are cracked in some way or another
