Seems the lawyers have a new game called "informed consent". It seem that if you ply a damsel with liquour and then have your wicked way with her, even if she was an apparently willing participant, she can go to the cops, say you diminished her judgement and she was unable to give true informed consent. There is no way to test this ahead of time for alcoholic (or other recreational stuff) impairment.

Tumbling is so much more complex than back in my stone age.

That's why you ask before you get her drunk. Or you get drunk as well and say "I was drunk and don't remember a thing." All they can prove is you had sex, not that either party was unwilling.

She is a person, and I'm sure a wonderful one. However, I tend to look at every nice older lady as a surrogate grandmother. "Informed consent" is one of those things that started out as a good idea. It was originally meant to be used for guys who kept pouring drinks down some girl until she so drunk she doesn't know what she is doing. Now it is being used when a girl has been drinking and has sex then later has buyers remorse.

waking up at the beach, celebrating my 23rd anniversary and Father's Day.

I have come up with an idea that will hopefully help raise some money for a couple animal shelters. Since both my doggies came from a rescue, the 3 of us have been creating paintings. I will try to post some pics of what we have done so far. The idea is to try and sell the "artwork" and donate what I make off of them. Keep your fingers crossed that the paintings sell well!
