The good news is that our small town is pretty safe. See folks walking outside at night or very early morning quite often.

The bad news is, paranoia can still get you.

The good news is not everyone is paranoid all the time.

The good news is, you can ignore doctors.

The bad news is sometimes if you ignore them things may come back to bite you.
