Besides drooling from thinking about that honeycrisp apple, watching the Tigers in game 2 of the World Series

recipe? Go to nearest produce department, purchase, clean, chop up ... and eat.

Honeycrisp is a relatively new apple, it's a hybrid of two other ones - Macoun and Honeygold.

It's more native to the midwest, developed at University of Minnesota, I sure wish I could find them fresh at a farm here.

Macoun is one of my other favorite apples.

There is a Honeycrisp farm up the road. They just had a big write up about the weekend people can go and pick them.

Bored out of my mind really. I've got the NASCAR race on the tube but it's not really holding my attention. I'm trying to look ahead at the college football schedule and figure out where the Hawkeyes may play in a bowl game. Looks to me like Tampa or San Antonio. Never been to either place but I've heard really great things about the bowl experience down in San Antonio. I'm thinking I may just make that my holiday present to myself if they make it there.

Trying to finish that Halloween erotica story for Lilith's thread while during the downtime at work. Also thinking about what I wanna eat tonight.

Waiting for the rest of the dog blankets to get out of the washer and dryer so I can make up their beds. Then, I can go to bed. :)
