Getting ready for a fun day of eating, drinking, socializing, college football and the World Series with a bunch of friends. Got a huge pot of chili just getting started on the stove and a couple of crock pots full of roast beast for sandwiches. Of course, the beer is all on ice (and the sodas too). Just got to sit down and get a bunch of cheese sliced for the crackers and my part of the deal is pretty much done. Then all that will be left is to sit back and let it all cook and get ready for the Hawkeyes to win up in Ann Arbor.

Okay, that one is probably a long shot given how our season is going but we're all going to have a blast anyway.
