The husband at my nail place who clumsily did my toes today talking to me so much. He is usually very silent. Today he explained to me about Vietnam's New Year customs even telling me about how sad he was when he missed his first New Years in Vietnam. He said in extremely broken English , "I cry, I cry every night" and made motions like rubbing his eyes. He was precious.

Getting the new (refurb) computer from the big brown truck.

Being awakened by my kitty Lou. He jumped up onto the bed, plopped himself down by my chest and stuck his paw out so I could rub it for him, purring all the while.
