The good news is, that means he will probably have money to spend around the town-maybe patch up that hole inthe roof, maybe loosen the purse strings at the grocer's, that sort of thing.

The bad news would be if he decided he didn't need the face mask. :(

Good news is some relaxation of rules put in place at the beginning of COVID-19 are being relaxed if appropriate and with logical guidelines. Re-imposition is always possible if things seem to jump out of controi.

The bad news is, most of the re-openings are jumping the gun.
